Here's my latest picture for September 2010. My Hair ist now 20" (51 cm) long, I mean - short. lol

That means I'm halfway there since my goal is 40" (100 cm). YES!!!

Ok, I've been doing this for a while now and my usually bone-dry ends just love it. Here's what I do:



I use Alverde Bodybutter Macademia nut & Sheabutter and mix it with a tiny bit of my coconut oil. I really put only a small amount of the bodybutter on my palm and add even less coconut oil. Then I spread it onto my palms and fingertips and work it well into my ends (I don't wet them before!)
